FC housing was designed with the SOLE PURPOSE in mind to handle 100-500 people contributing to it with a little work. Those of you in small FC's like 1-2 people maybe 5-10 um your out of luck they simply were not made for you, go join a bigger FC if you really have to have a FC house. or wait on personal houses.

I agree with a lot of what you say. Except for this part. I've seen the small house in the live letter, and it looks like a studio apartment. As in room for one person. It's tiny. And still expensive. You could do have 100 people throwing in millions to buy a bachelor pad.
