The critics are angry because they thought that saving up a paltry sum of money for a couple months would get them a house. Guess what, it didn't. Yes this game is a product, but just because you're paying it doesn't mean you get everything you want your way. If you want a game where your money buys you exactly what you want, hop on a free to play game, that's their whole reason for existing. People forget this is a complex game where decisions might be made for the greater good and it might clash with your personal desires. It's not just a vending machine that you stick $15 into each month and select what you want.

You're free to criticize, but that doesn't make your criticisms valid or worth responding to.
