    This game is a product, being sold for money. It is a service. It is a business.
    As such customers have every right to express their dissatisfaction with the service or product.

    Of the two primary complaints, only one has any business being here. That of customer vs. product.
    Your complaint, is that you simply don't like criticism. Of the two issues, yours is easily the less important. Yours is an issue of selfish control for superficial reasons. You have a hang up about criticism toward the things you enjoy.

    The critics, are angry over what a company wants them to spend money on. Telling them to "relax" is the opposite of helpful. Game companies don't need people defending them. Square-Enix is a multi-million dollar company, concerned with making money. They aren't your friends, or family.

    If anyone needs to relax, its people up in arms over criticism, of something you had no part in making.
