    Targeting Players:
    While the bulk of complaints you see here aren't written professionally, they do voice actual real concerns with the game, and issues with the new content that have been released. I checked the Dev Tracker, and I can see Posts where Yoshi has stated that things are not working as intended (CT Fates not popping at the corect times). If people didn't complain, he wouldn't have seen them. Also, SE Staff should know better than to take it personally when a Troll throws a tantrum.
    Targeting Staff:
    The Staff aren't here to pamper the players. They are watching for feedback, especially when it's large #'s with the same opinion. They watch for things that aren't working as intended. Contrary to your belief, Customer Service is an important aspect to a company's success. This is actually a huge problem many people have in North America. For Example, I just found out one of my friends has not been able to access his Square Enix account for years - turns out he has a hotmail account. You may not be aware but they used to have an issue where SE Support Emails were not delivered to hotmail accounts - so my friends issue should not be resovled, and he should be able to get a password reset to go through.

    Point is: People need to complain, and support staff need to deal with it. Otherwise, random company makes a crappy game, and nobody complains, because nobody cares.
