Like the title says everyone stop it, Geez

First the players.

You guys got to relax.. Every post, all I see is people complaining about something.

I got no new hairstyles, I don't like this PVP, Ultima is to easy, Cannot get rank 5 sub rewards, They messed up my spells, I don't like the aesthiscian, Houses are to pricy and so on and so on.

I see maybe 1 thread actually thanking SE for such a big update, not everything is perfect and there will always be something that someone does not like and yea I know the update was not perfect and effected me to but you do not see me crying on the boards about what was ruined for me (/cough WHM spells) cause I R mature.

Everyone is saying this and that should be changed but I do not see a single one of you out designing your own game, creating MMO's are hard and a lot of work, some things just don't work out to your liking but you got to learn to deal with it!!

Since housing seems to be the biggest concern let me address that briefly, it is really quite simple. FC housing was designed with the SOLE PURPOSE in mind to handle 100-500 people contributing to it with a little work. Those of you in small FC's like 1-2 people maybe 5-10 um your out of luck they simply were not made for you, go join a bigger FC if you really have to have a FC house. or wait on personal houses.

Now the Staff...

You got to let crap Slide... I know you envisioned a great update and assumed everyone was going to be super happy and rejoicing but are instead nit picking about every little thing which is in turn causing you to be disappoint which I understand but it is also understandable why people are angry.

You say you will listen to the player base when it comes to updates and the players post and post about what they want and do not want to see and it all gets completely ignored. A lot of us have been playing MMO's for a long time so we do know a thing or two of what will and will not work. I myself have been playing since Ultima Online and have been supporting Square since the very first FF 1 on NES.

You create the game and we pay to play it, there should be a little leverage, players should have some say. they flat out told you (not 1 or 2 people but everyone) that no one likes the bard songs in 2.0 or the WHM or Thunder changes in 2.1 but you changed them regardless. A lot of people created chars knowing what spells they had access to and what they would be able to do with them and after putting endless hours of work into them and having you come along and change them makes people unhappy and not want to play them anymore.

I know you wanted a perfect game the way you seen it but if your going to keep your player base happy you just need to let some crap slide.

Oh housing was not made for small FCs? Takes 4 people to start a FC.

This is a paid subscription. Expect to hear complaints when the majority, SE's INCOME, is not happy.

Oh wait, you don't, yet you know the design parameters they defined for this content. I think SE should be worried about a security leak in their development groups.

Targeting Players:
While the bulk of complaints you see here aren't written professionally, they do voice actual real concerns with the game, and issues with the new content that have been released. I checked the Dev Tracker, and I can see Posts where Yoshi has stated that things are not working as intended (CT Fates not popping at the corect times). If people didn't complain, he wouldn't have seen them. Also, SE Staff should know better than to take it personally when a Troll throws a tantrum.
Targeting Staff:
The Staff aren't here to pamper the players. They are watching for feedback, especially when it's large #'s with the same opinion. They watch for things that aren't working as intended. Contrary to your belief, Customer Service is an important aspect to a company's success. This is actually a huge problem many people have in North America. For Example, I just found out one of my friends has not been able to access his Square Enix account for years - turns out he has a hotmail account. You may not be aware but they used to have an issue where SE Support Emails were not delivered to hotmail accounts - so my friends issue should not be resovled, and he should be able to get a password reset to go through.

Point is: People need to complain, and support staff need to deal with it. Otherwise, random company makes a crappy game, and nobody complains, because nobody cares.

I kinda read it as.. don't complain unless you're complaining about these specific things.

Could also be interpreted as.. don't complain, and SE staff, fix the things your players want fixed without any complaints from the players.
