Thread: Game constantly crashing after patch 2.1

at first i tough it was the zone i was in because this had never happens to me but i maked another char try it and crashed every time i cant play like this, thats why iam canceling my sub until they fix this

Well I guess I spoke to soon. problem back. error 90000 server lost again. moderator please escalate this for resolution as it is getting very old fast.

It could just mean that it is one of your other RAM sticks that have gone bad. I suggest trying to remove one of the other sticks. if the new one is of the exact same type, remove one of the old, and add one of the new. If there is still a issue, try removing the other old ram stick instead.

Bump, still crashing

Alright guys, the loss of a connection is not the same as a game crash. It's definitely 2 different issues. I thought we are talking about when the game just crashes .. no error given except for windows error or BSOD.

It happened to me today (crash to windows) while i was in south shroud as botanist to get Gridanian Walnuts, constant crashes to windows (FFXIV stop working), tried to log with other character in other zone and no crashes. After trying to have the time needed with my main character to do a fast teleport out of the south shroud (i went to limsa) i was free of crashes there.

I guess something of the data related to south shroud map is broken so i will have to reinstall the game...

please develop a repair tool for the game -_-

Same thing here. 90000 hits me every couple minutes in an instanced dungeon or Raid. Open world I'm usually ok, but it's really frustrating not being able to play a game I'm paying for.
