I don't know if SE will pay mind to this, but im here reporting this problem as well for my FC.
Before the patch I had 2 Helping Hands, I then purchased 2 Heat of Battles and 1 Earth and Water.. now I have 2 Meat and Meads, 2 Reduced Rates and 1 Back on your Feet after the patch. The activity history reflects the wrong purchases also..

What gives? I know they have a lot of things on their plate right now but has SE acknowledged this issue? Should I used them up or discard them, or hold off to see what they do?
