You're still going to get hit by stuff sometimes when out of it if you experience some latency, or packetloss. The fix they did was not to reduce latency or packetloss itself (they can't do that) nor was it a change in the netcode's design to a more network friendly approach. They just increased the amount the server receives your position, if the actual information still runs into hiccups traveling you'll see them. It was a bandaid fix, similar to the one they did going from Beta to launch. Makes the issue less obvious but by no mean fixes the core of the problem.
