    GDR: SE support FAIL. Anyone else?

    I was approved for a Game Data Recovery 3 months ago and still have not received a rollback. SE support says that I cannot cancel my game data recovery and yet they won't do it. I lost near 20 million in items and gil but feel like that it's not worth losing 3 months of myth tomes at this point. I was initially told several times that I could create an alt and keep that even with recovery so I did so, and now I am being told it will be lost too now after 3 months. Is anyone else in the same boat and stuck? Would like to hear some suggestions since SE seems content on leaving me in mmo Limbo.
    Please only respond to the thread if you are also waiting for a data recovery. If any developer happens across this post could you please give details on ETA and specifics on how GDR works as SE support seems to just give opinions rather than information. Thank you and I apologize if this topic is one that has been repeated.
