    Same error ! I'm running on Win 7 too.

    I was getting this and then it suddenly stopped.. it may have been because I clicked into the new Config section of the launcher. When I exited that screen and came back to the main login it appeared to fix itself

    Try this: search for cmd, right click and open as administrator
    1. ipconfig /release
    2. ipconfig /renew
    3. ipconfig /flushdns
