Having Same issue on my bard but different step in the quest line. I am on hyrda and the quest is red above the Fafajoni npc you have to talk to to start hydra, and wont let me talk to him. I had the unfinished artemis equipped and right class and everything but it would not let me advance by clicking him. Still did hyrda with my group and I did not get credit after we defeated him.

I sent in a support ticket no reply yet.
