A Relic Reborn (Artemis Bow) Further Bugs

Steps:
1. Late last night, my party managed to kill Titan (HM) so I could obtain the chunk of hyperfused ore for the Bard relic quest.
2. The quest item was not given to me when I was inside, or upon exit.
3. I checked both key items and regular inventory after I was out, but the quest did not advance from the Titan portion.
4. This was not resolved even after the hotfixes earlier this morning.

I submitted a ticket at the time of the incident to hopefully just have the object loaded or quest manually advanced, but I held off on a forum topic due to it being stated they were aware of a bug ceasing quest advancement. From reading the primary thread, it seems other people are having similar issues as I am and simply not obtaining the items they need to advance any further, which is why I created a new thread.

There are several threads about this already. My question is, are there any Bards that AREN'T having issues with the quest? I have a bard friend and I'm wondering if we should even attempt Titan until this is resolved.

I wouldn't. With so many people dealing with this, hopefully it's a priority fix and your friend won't have to wait that long.

My quest bugged when i bought the OIL, the FINAL PIECE

Mine is bugged on the oil as well! My journal shows a green check and it says 1/1, but I can't turn the quest in. It says I have to complete the following criteria, but then it's just blank.

I'm still having this issue too. but I'm in a different step in the relic quest. So I'll just put this here sense theres already a thread. Hope this is fixed soon.

Steps:
1.Relic quest told me to talk to Fafajoni and defeat Hydra with Artemis bow equipped. So I tried to talk to the NPC and it is Red and wont let me progress saying "cannot continue until following conditions are met" and then it is blank. I also cannot start the quest either, my team members had to start it for me.
2. Me and my team proceeded anyways and downed Hydra and I did have my unfinished artemis bow equipped yet I did not get credit.
3. I tried relogging and that did not work. I can't seem to progress no matter what I try.
