Shift and Control keybinds

For those of you using Shift + bind or Control + bind, are you having issues with your character stopping suddenly and remaining until you release the shift or control key first? The reason I ask is that I have Flash and Overpower bound to Control + 2 and Control + 3, respectively, and as soon as run towards the mob and either flash or overpower, I freeze in place until Control is released.

Nub question, maybe, but I definitely did not have this issue pre-patch. Is there a new setting I am missing?

It's not related to you using a nonmechanical keyboard?

I will be trying this later today, I use Ctrl + key and Alt + key combinations for pretty much all classes, I'll edit this post once I try it out.

Alt is working fine for me. It only seems to be Control and Shift. Pre-patch I could run around spamming certain macros and continue moving. Post-patch, not so much. I would like to continue using Control and Shift as I've used em' since 11 and muscle memory, etc.

I don't stop moving with ctrl or alt anything, but shift anything will hold me in place
