    Luring Lacovie Bug

    I am doing the daily "Luring Lacovie" and Lacovie will not spawn for me.

    Location: Zanr'ak - Southern Thanalan
    Quest: Slay three Bronze Tortoises, then defeat Lacovie when she appears.
    Problem: I slay three of the tortoises and get the message "Lacovie has come to avenge her offspring" but she does not appear anywhere. I have watched other people do this quest and she immediately appears for them where their last tortoise falls.

    I have abandoned the quest and retried it, also have logged out and back in. The same issue, Lacovie refuses to spawn for me even though the message appears saying that she is.
