Bugged fates in new quest lines

Well "He's a Firestarter" finally spawned. 3+ hour wait. Meanwhile others are respawning something like an hour apart. Really sucks for those who miss out on it too while on the way there when it spawns because the boss only survives like 30 seconds and people wont slow their dps to give others time to get there.

for the allaghan quest line from what we could tell this morning one of the fates seems to spawn about every 1/2 hour or so. in one of the beast tribe zones. The order seems to be randoms as shakes hadn't been up since at least 7 am and finally spawned around 1030 while the air and water one had been up a couple of times. Some people were claiming that killing the trash sprites/ elementals will force them to spawn but we were killing the trash mobs in the mines for quite a while with no luck so not sure about that.
