Company Chest History Window Starts Partly Off Screen

Love the new history functionality, but every single time I open it, I have to drag it from hanging off the left side of the screen.

Update: it's based off where the Company Chest window is. So this problem only occurs if the Company Chest window is within a couple inches of the edge of the screen.
