Have been increased to match FATE grinding exp?? I was waiting for that feature cant play right now to check for myself :P

A friend of mine, lv26, told me he did a random dungeon(with the duty roulette), and earned 120k(should have been a low lv dungeon of course), which seems really good.

Yes, the patch notes detailed Dungeon EXP would be increased to match/exceed FATE EXP. I have not yet tested it for myself though as I am at work also I'd be interested to know also!

Holy crap 120K??? That's 1/5 of a Level at Lv50 no...? Is there some sort of bonus with doing Duty Roulette or anything?

The patch notes did mention the EXP increase, just not by how much.

I think the duty roulettes give you at least 1.5x the normal exp. And if you have any rested/sanctuary exp saved up, that'll give you 3x just with that. Now that food doesn't disappear upon dying, no reason not to throw that extra 3% in their too. Dungeons finally getting worth it again.

I forget if they mentioned it or not, can Duty Roulette only be used once a day?

For the bonus, yes, more or less. There are four different ones you can do each day ('High Level,' i.e. lvl 50 dungeons, 'Low Level,' everything else, Guildhests and 'Story Dungeons,' DM and Praet), but you can't just do the same one multiple times.
