Stack up as a group and run together to trigger the explosions. on 3th wave of orbs we have the OT take 1 set of orbs by himself and everyone else clears the others as a group. If everyone is fast enough on the move you should not have any troubles :-)

So you sure that it is "share damage" so you want everybody to run there in that area?

But sometimes the a DPS said he eat ball and only hit for 700. 7000/10 = 700, there is no 10 people.

We ran with everyone together besides the tank that is on ultima, and this worked fine.
3th wave,the tank takes 1 or 2 orbs by himself.
I will try and post our kill vid later today.
But this seemed to be the best way for us to handle the orbs :-)

How can a tank take 1-2 orb by himself if the previous person talk that it is 7000 damage per orb and HG doesn't work?

HG doesn't block damage from the orbs, because that's meant to render you invincible, and since the orbs cut through HG, it's as if you never used a buff or cooldown in the first place. Every other buff or cooldown, however, helps mitigate damage. I would regularly, even when MT at that moment, pop an orb by myself and have it only hit for a couple thousand after stoneskin and a cooldown.

For the 3rd wave of orbs, try popping the level 3 tank LB (it finally has a use.) We did this and nobody took any damage from running into the orbs.

Paladin can eat one by himself easily. I did this last night on my Paladin and I soaked 4400 damage all by myself.

We gimmicked it with Soil and Galvanize pre casted when aetheric boom goes off and run through the middle of them all as a group to take like 600 damage each with the white mage swift casting cure 3 after the first 2 sets and we easily beat it. Caster LB1 pretty much takes out the laser cluster at start. Stack in mid Galvanize and aoe heals for clock lasers and quad ship drop.

These are the only 2 real gimmicks to the fight. The rest is all pretty much the same as far as fight went the first time. Garuda and ifrit doing their appearance attacks are about the only real one shot kills to under geared people.

Tank Purge room wide is kind of silly but I guess healers need to do something.
