[Suggestion] Obtaining common leves with faction points

I was thinking...not everyone feels like doing faction leves and most of the time we get some bad set of leves at reset...

So my suggestion...why not allowing us to use faction points to obtain common leves that aren't availble on that reset?

I would, without thinking twice, spend like 10~20 faction points to get a Necrologos: Lightsome Verdure or similar high SP reward leves that weren't listed at reset. They could just make 5 points for rank 1 camp, 10 for rank 10, 15 for rank 20, 20 for rank 30 and 25 for rank 40 battlecraft leves.

It would also be very interesting for local leves since often we want to focus on one certain craft but never get more than 1~2 leves per city at our rank. For local leves, a good cost would be the leve rank.

Any comments?
