Any FC actually planning to buya house?

I'm Orta Heir, the master of FLU, our FC has been planning to purchase a house for long time. Our FC has 241 members and I thought we could get a large sized house easily.

Me personally have 18mil saved up, and we have a few members with 10 million gils, if a large house wasn't expensiver than 50mil, I think we could barely get one.

But the price of over 300 mil is just too rediculous, we're giving up upon this.

I know there are 4 Free Companies that has more people than us, just curious, any FC actually plan to buy a large house?

btw, as this post mentioned, some Servers are under worse situation. We probly doesn't need to be too depressed.

We had planned on buying one, but at the current price, there's no way. It was mentioned that you can make up to 20K a day from quests/dungeons, etc, but what would you think of your FC leader if they were like, "Hey, that 20K you just busted your ass for? We need that for the FC house. Oh, and keep giving us all your earnings every day for several months." And repairs and whatnot will eat into that 20K as well.

Also, the whole furniture/decoration market is already doomed. Any FC who can afford to spend the obscene sums of gil required to buy a house will already have their own crafters to make their own furnishings, so I doubt that anything will be traded short of materials, and the rare ones from primals have already had their drops increased. :/

I love the idea of housing, but I think it was a bad move to make so much hype about it, then make it all but unattainable...
