Any bets on if the servers come up on time?

I'm guessing they will not be up at midnight pacific time. On the other hand, I do wonder if the patch is completed and the technicians are sticking with their original ETA? You have to imagine 24 hours is not the exact amount of time they needed to finish maint. I'm sure they gave themselves some leeway. It would be smart to catch us by surprise rather then flip the switch at 0:00 pst. Authentication servers will have a difficult time with everyone logging in at once. Lets keep our fingers crossed....

The 24 hour maintenance was never for the patch. The patch has been implemented and available for download for about 9 hours now. The maintenance has, and always was, to upgrade the servers. It likely won't take 24 hours to do, but I think they wanted to give themselves some leeway for testing and triple checking that they work, after the rough time they had at launch.

they have ended alot of patches early before, this one the servs prob come up on schedule f up in 30 misn and get taken down another day
