PVP item available in patch list

The patch list seems to have been updated, or I was too lazy to read the bottom.

The PVP items have been added. The components needed to craft one are similar to Ilvl 55 items. I believe that the frst crafters logged will earn a lot of gils seeling these items at the price of 2 stars items

Not a chance in hell. Materials required are so cheap. Be lucky to sell stuff for 5k+

I basically logged in, saw that the 55 stuff was crafted (thought it might not be, lodestone database didn't have HQ toggle when I looked and they're non-convertible), and laughed at how pointless it would be. Who's gonna take the massive weapon damage/main stat hit to use 55 junk when they can use their full i90/i70 stuff to farm the wolf marks to buy the i70 PvP gear. Morale would have to be pretty amazing to be worth the downgrade. New players will have dailies now so they might consider buying the starter gear to replace AF, but the prices will be trash as Aphraell said.

And yeah, mats are cheap and they're easy to make. Only market that'll dry up faster is the furniture market since essentially nobody will be able to afford a house without having access to a crafter to make the related furniture (which are even easier to make). On the plus side, the 50 ARM ability Piece by Piece has crafts it might technically be useful on now, lol.

really cause I sold the wolf scale BP for 25k...and it was only up for say an hour (I logged in right as servers went up) I was surprised as hell to say the least.

I was the very first in the market and 3 hours later people catch up and undercut each other just like the regular ilv55 gears. Wolf Rings drop below 10k faaaaaaaaaast.

Most of the people I've seen talk about it in other threads seem to be of the opinion that i55 crafted PvP gear is only marginally worse (if at all) than i90 PvE gear.
