First off, no i'm not talking about download speed.

I am talking about the speed it takes for the programming/dev team to fix certain aspects of the game.

As a gamer of over ten years now, I've expereinced all sorts of services from other games, So this matter has been on my mind for a long while now.

Other MMO's of a P2P fee usually have a few things this game clearly lacks:
  1. A public test server
  2. 'hot fixes' for classes, explotables, errors
  3. weekly or monthly balancing of classes.

This game really needs all three of those things. I've noticed the customer service in this game is absolutely appauling. It took them over a month to get back to me over an email when I had an error with an account purchase.

As a community, I want some feed back and some suggestions we can pool to help SE make their service better for us.

Like telling them to be more clear about their patch content in future. Before they make a silly mistake.
