Linebreaks in chat text and transitions between codepages

Did a couple searches, didn't see anyone mention this.

I'm sure we've all seen the JP shouts that basically clear the entire chat window or near enough to it. If someone types in a long line like so:

シャウト失礼します。BWリヴPT募集中です。R34~39パーティ受付から内容を見て入ってきてください。ラストシャウトになります。シャウト失礼しました。

The latin characters appear on their own lines of text unless you widen the chat window to show the line unbroken.

For me, it looks like this:

シャウト失礼します。

募集中です。

パーティ受付から内容を見て入ってきてください。ラストシャウトになります。シャウト失礼しました。

In addition to preventing this from happening, there should be a soft-break after the periods, as that would be a natural linebreak. It's very jarring.

It's pretty annoying having to see JP language spam 10 lines of text when they shout. Please fix.
