Is anyone else bothered by "Fresh Meat"?

As a pvp'r since mmo's came about it kind of annoys me that everyone will have "Fresh Meat" title. Not because it will make calling targets a tiny bit harder. "focus the blm" etc., but because it will not grow a pvp community.

As weird as it sounds its nice to know who you fight, win and lose to. Makes for a stronger pvp community imo.

I don't know what pvp community you come from but I like the idea of being anonymous. That way I won't have people making characters on my server to cuss me out for beating them or to gloat in the rudest way possible if they won.

And lorewise Fresh Meat is rather appropriate considering the place is called the Wolves's den and it's run by Limsa Lominsa. That country isn't known for being overly polite.

I do shower everyday so I suppose I count as fresh meat. All is good.

I have always been a huge pvp person through a lot of mmos free or pay. I actually don't mind but I don't complain or care about the small things.

only games with a pvp community are the least broken this will be beta 2, i doubt its working as planned without some fixes you know SE.

I don't find it annoying.
You'll be calling your oponent's by their class/jobs and not their names.

Actually it's better this way, imagine you want to call out the BLMs name and it's "Ty'hearlytium Saphy'reauinomus" <-- try spelling that out in combat.

I say : Who cares ? Just your oponents name anyway, you can see it on the score after the fight so no problems there.

It wouldn't bother me even if it was used in the context "I love sucking on fresh meat".
