I've received a few and given a few. Honestly, my overriding criteria is simply: were you friendly?

I'm a sucker for a person saying "hello!" at the beginning, "gg thanks!" at the end, and not being a douche. I don't know - I think that's the intent of the system. To encourage people to be friendlier.

Oh I feel the same. I like feeling like I'm running the dungeon with a person.
