Twintania never required Virus, it's just helpful to mitigate damage.

Intelligent use of cooldowns, stoneskin/adlo, or even tank swapping provides more than enough mitigation.

This, virus isn't required, just helpful. It doesn't change things THAT dramatically.

Correct. Casting it again while it's already in effect just replaces the last effect with yours, last i checked, unless they're changing it now.
