The above version of the Patch Notes, in the original Japanese, mentions that Allagon Boots of Casting, and two pieces of Allagan healing gear, will be reverted back to their original state in a hotfix. Is there any word on when this hotfix will happen? Or should I plan on having a different gear set for the next week or so...?
