A Bit More Detail? (Patch Notes)

Is it posted anywhere what the exact changes being made with the patch are?

For example, the notes read:

Items you can obtain from certain treasure chest will change.

Sastasha/The TamTara Deepcroft/Copperbell Mines/The Bowl of Embers/Halatali/The Thousand Maws of TotoRak/Haukke Manor/Brayflox's/Temple of Qarn/Cutter's Cry/The Stone Vigil/Dzemael Darkhold/The Aurum Vale/The Wanderer's Palace/Amdapor Keep

What was changed? Are some items now unobtainable? Are they dropping from different chests instead?

SE has a horrible reputation for giving minimal information in it's patch notes.

They are adding furniture materials to the dungeons so that's most likely what they're talking about there.

It just so happens that Yoshi made a more detailed version of the 2.1 notes. ...except I have no idea where it is.
