Are there any social EU FC's not at endgame yet?

I see a lot of FC's that were started ages ago and doing well with endgame stuff. All power to them.

BUT what I would love is to hook up with a FC that hasn't been around so long, is still progressing through mid levels, is social with a friendly family type feel and no elitism?

I'm in the UK so definitely EU realms only please. I play evenings and weekends. I would love to find a friendly home where everything that's going on is around my levels meaning I can join in instead of feeling left out lol. If I'm asking too much I'm sorry.

I am on the EU server Moogle, and my FC is like you describe. Some 50s, mostly building and adding members. Friendly, sociable, fun.

You know a lot of big companies that are end game aren't always souly dedicated to that.
They level other classes too sometimes. You might consider giving one a try.
