I suggest adding a feature on the mogstation to explain that you cannot add/purchase additional time/days for your account if it already has time remaining from a subscription on it.

It does tell you this once you try to actually apply the days/payment directly with a debit card/crysta which is good, but there is a problem in the process...

To use crysta to purchase the additional time you have to buy the crysta using a separate system first. The separate crysta purchasing system does not warn that you cannot apply it if there is time remaining on a sub (even if the total keeps you under 180 days) and lets you go ahead and buy the crysta. So you end up purchasing time, thinking you can apply it and then are told no afterwards without having been warned beforehand. A simple explanation ahead of time in the crysta purchasing service would help fix this.

For me this led to the situation where I bought $50 of crysta to add 90 days to my 89 day remaining account. After purchasing it, I went to apply 90 days with crysta and the system now says "hey sorry we cant apply any more time until your 89 days runs out" (but thanks for your $50, you dumb&*s!). Called Customer support and was told that there is no way for them to apply the additional time as well, and guess what - no refunds, sorry for the inconvenience sucker! Luckily I have the money to spare, but the system is pretty flawed and it would have been nice to get a warning. Still extremely annoyed and feel ripped off by SE - always such poor account service systems and horrible customer support with inability to help you resolve anything.

The veteran rewards program may be designed to reward people for playing a certain amount of time, but by letting you pay ahead of time it also tempts players like me with money to spare and who want the items to pay to receive them early. Its poorly designed/implemented in conjunction with the payment/sub system and punishes players who want to receive the items, but due to having days on a sub - cant add more days (even if still under the 180 day cap) due to the system not allowing it. So while others who didn't prepay/sub before can receive and have already received the items, anyone with sub time, must wait up to 3 additional months. Legitimate feedback and probably should be fixed for everyone.
