Did i even for once said that you said WHM is a bad healer?

Let's face it, end game bard is all about Ballad. Foe and Peon is icing.

Foe especially BV is amazing. Paeon is the icing.

Anyway ballad would still be useful even if whm mana return was bumped up. Like use it during invunerable phases(good bard should be doing this and with paeon as well) and use it when healer dies and gets ressed or a healer is forced to spam res. If you have a healer solo healing , it is also quite good too.
There are some sch who cant manage mana too so those schs will still need ballad lol.
