Auto attack: A complete battle system

Greetings everyone. We have some comments for you regarding auto-attack, straight from FFXIV battle lead, Akihiko Matsui.

grats you've probably ruined a next gen MMO.

I don't think you're going to pull off an auto-attack that could've been anywhere near as entertaining as battle could have been if you didn't give in..

That's just my opinion, please prove me wrong.

Regardless if you can't, how do I get my 75$ back I wasted on this game? now my time is wasted I'll never get that back.

I'm sorry. But if adding an auto-attack is your excuse to want a refund when clearly there are much greater problems with the system, then maybe you should just leave the game. Sorry if I'm telling you to get out of the game, but if you're going to moan and groan over a simple feature..........Leave. It's not going to break the game.

heyWipe this game staying as it is would be crazy. Guy FFXIV the way it is now, is dying a slow painful death, like it has cancer. This is just one of many very important changes that the fans wanted.
So build a bridge and get over it cause things are looking up.
Maybe SE wants the game to be enjoyable to more ppl rather than just the few that want it to stay the way it is. The server populations are probably dropping fast. If they do what u would like we'd see the game will fade away, and i doubt fans want that.
I'm stoked as i know many are. It wont be just slap auto-attack in we all know that the whole system will have to be tweaked for it to work, thats just the haters saying that as a desperate losing cry.
