I'll help the above guy with spelling it out.

Warrior/Ninja 75 with auto attack is more like Retaliation, wait, wait, start casting Utsusemi: Ichi, wait, berserk, warcry, Aggressor, Warrior's Charge, THEN hit weapon skill Steel Cyclone teehee then start casting Utsusemi: Ni.
That's not adding new abilities. Blood rage and Restraint. All of this can be done manually or macro.

I don't find that slow. Maybe early into the game it can be but later on it gets better and faster when meriting.
