I'll agree with this argument being silly. Not sure why anyone would link auto-attack to a more relaxed and social battle system. Who told you to stop taking action because your character is constantly attacking? Scale dmg down to compensate for auto-attack or mob health pools up, engage, and nothing else changes. Talking while in battle will still hinder your progress, not talking won't have you standing around either. As long as they keep the system we are currently using with the addition of auto-attack, things shouldn't change much; maybe it will encourage some to reserve stamina and stop hitting 11111, I dunno
