Ultima Ring of Fending gives 2 less parry than Allagan?

I'm not sure if it's worth trading 2 Vit and 2 Parry for 7 Det.

probably not, as its ilvl80. good stepping stone. but the other option is a garuda EX drop that doesn't even give parry.
