ultima ring gives less parry than allagan, and has determination rather than skill speed. (looks like nothing changed for here though.)

all of the extreme primal drops are Ilvl90 as well.

in addition, allagan gauntlets lost its parry stat.

probably not, as its ilvl80. good stepping stone. but the other option is a garuda EX drop that doesn't even give parry.

Let me tell you this simple, its from what I test

-Dump all Determination, do not touch Determination, Determination do nothing worth for damage output or anything, test with -40 determination, its do different around 1-2
-Go for Parry build, put everything about Parry as much as possible
-Accuracy must be 475-480 for all situations
-Critical Hit rate is the least important stats (Determination is worst one) its help you on everything, damage output, DoT, cure etc.
-Oh did I mention skill speed yet? dump that too, nothing help you either, don't think 400 skill speed will help you hit faster, NEVER

and bingo, you are the best Tank in the game now.

While I agree it makes you well-geared, simply having gear does not one make the best tank in the game.
