I know "Reraise" is something players have wanted for a while now. Could these be "Reraise" potions?

We had them before ARR, they were a Raise in a bottle basically, still have one in my retainer too. Now you can't use them while in battle though so they have an even more limited use.

They can't be used in battle, so even if it were a re-raise they wouldn't be much more useful than just asking someone for a raise.
