RoD = Rain of Death. Brd aoe skill whit high TP cost and side effect to reduce targets damage reduced whit 10% (pre 2.1) RoD is now reduce targets evation whit 10%

RoD damage reduction was moved to war (single target effect) if i understand it correct.
