oh yeah i forgot about the mists thing, yeah it may just be 2 for each weapon besides the shieldOh no... Looking at that quest line and prerequisites, I get the impression that you have to beat Turn 5 before you can do Extreme Primals. Did I just miss that being mentioned earlier? I haven't been coiling hard enough...
No weirder than Mists. You have to buy three per relic, except for PLD, which needs two for Curtana and one for the Holy Shield.
I think Break Blade will be a better offtank sword (especially turn 5), and also for those who haven't bought +1 relic
Highly doubt it, I think it will be turn 1-4 kind of difficulty. The only requirement to enter is hard primals and average IL70.
Besides, turn 5 drops IL95 weapons.
I really hope it's from Extreme Primals because I'm running CT with alt classes while saving Coil for PLD.
They said CT will only be iLevel 80 plus relic comes with sword and shield so it'd only make sense![]()
Yeah, good points. Anyway, looking closer, the one that requires Turn 5 of Coil is simply the ending of Alisae's story. The Extreme quest line already branched off beforehand.
I think it will be from the EM as the companion to the break blade. The naming of it just goes with the recurring theme of all the Rowena Token/EM Primal weapons being named after FF3 Eureka/Maze of the Ancient weapons. I'm guessing that lore-wise these weapons will have been "excavated" by/sold to Rowena with the opening of the Crystal Tower.
My question is, why 3 tokens? One for each primal? But the REWARD is 3 tokens, not a turn in requirement.
Which has me wondering if you really do get 3 tokens for turn in. Which would let us buy 3 weapons, but 3 ilvl90 weapons in one week is crazy. May as well just make it one token as a reward and turn in one token for a weapon. Making 3 tokens needed to buy one weapon seems silly.
Which makes me wonder about the token drops from then primals if any. Is it just a repeatable quest each week? Or do you get a token per primal as a turn in requirement? Or maybe if you only kill 2 primals in the one week you get 2 tokens by which you would need to kill one the next week for the 3rd to buy your weapon. I don't get the feeling the actual quest gets reset each week, only primal access. Which would meran if you are good enough to clear all 3 primals in one week you get a weapon each week. If not, you are delayed since you didn't kill all 3 in one reset period. That's my theory anyway.
dude it isn't hard to understand.
1 token for each primal slain. turn in 3 tokens for one item level 90 weapon.
it's so easy to understand. why are you having problems understanding this lol
I get what you are saying. Each primal drops a token and you would get 3 in total and turn them in for a weapon.
What I'm trying to understand is why does the QUEST REWARD give you 3 tokens for defeating the 3 primals? Why not turn in the 3 primal drops for 1 quest reward for a weapon turn in for the week? I can't get past why the weapons would cost 3 tokens if this is true. My only guess is you can only get a max of 3 a week, but you can turn in 1 or 2 before the reset and accumulate the 3rd the next week if the 3rd primal eludes you. Which would justify them costing 3 tokens from Rowena to purchase.
It's the same as the relic quest, you get 1 "token" from each primal then turn them in as part of that for 1 relic. You're thinking too hard about it.
Thinking way too hard about it .... Lol.
How about this? 1 token for the shield, 2 tokens for the sword..... 3 tokens for any other weapon that doesn't have a shield.
Is that a good explanation as to why there are 3 tokens as a reward?
