Relic Quest not fixed after 4 months??

People losing their Relic Reborn Quest from journal has been going on for months and months. Is this being addressed, fixed, or otherwise?

If you can't get your Relic Weapon you really can't progress in the game, what are we supposed to do to get this back? If we can't play the game do we get refunds?

Did you stop to actually read what I wrote? DOUBTFUL

Do you always state the obvious, even when it doesn't apply? PROBABLY

If you don't know anything about the subject you shouldn't even respond, your comments are useless.
The game dropped the quest, it simply vanishes. This has been a reported bug that have been going on for months now, affecting thousand of players, and yet nothing is ever done. Dev's say they are working on it, but it never gets resolved.
