there's all kinds of mods. use them if you want to use them SE doesn't care. There's a Mod out right now called Radar. it lets you see all the mobs in the zone so that only those who have it can hunt A rank nm's. there's no way for them to catch you. even if you spam shouted for an hour you could just tell the moderators you were joking after and you'd be ok.

and if anyone starts talking about it on the forum they'll just close/delete the thread, and ban the poster from the forums for several weeks.

placeholder mobs ffxi style is the only option they have to negate this.
