People who say that might assume you have BLM in your party and said "SMN utilities do not matter much cuz BLM covers all that".

It is the different of viewpoints and I propose this statement instead: "Only one BLM or SMN in a party will do just fine and they can replace each other in terms of utilities they provide". Except for Sleep vs Resurrection tho.

Yep, agreed. I guess it is a matter of view point and depends on the availability of a smn in a group.
