    That's odd as I'm a legacy account and paid $77.94 for 6 months (12.99/month) Maybe since my account was inactive until the relaunch.

    Only 1.0 players that paid for at LEAST 90 days of service during 1.0 get the Legacy title and benefits.


    And November 2013 isnt old enough for Legacy :3 I think that was like, 2.0 Beta phase 2 or 3
