    rear skill wasnt strong enought and because of that,the best was to stay on flank and monk isnt suposed to be like that.they made bootshine and true strike more powerfull to force ppl to use both position.

    twin snake duration inc was also to make the buff last long enought to use true strike without the need of really hight skill speed.so again,its to force ppl to use the rear skill.

    for GL dmg inc...well this one might be a bit to much.i guess they truly wanted monk to be the top single target dps by far and also reward the fact that monk is actualy harder then most dps and have higther risk.
    for shoulder tackle cd reduction,it was definitly needed.it help to make GL stay up but monk is suposed to be a hight mobility class and the only skill we had for this was on a 90sec cd.....imo they could have lower it even more and only remouve the stun on it.

    so they did a great job to fixe monk and force ppl to play it like its suposed to be played,mouving from position an not just spamming skill on flank.the dps buff is welcome and reward the harder playability compared to other dps class.we still dont know how hight those change will affect the dps so it could be lower then we expecting.DRG buff could also be higther then we think.we will see when the patch will be up.

    edit:ho well already on a new discussion lol,time i write this,there was about 5 new poste lol.well for DOT,yes NEVER clip them.if you clip the last thick,you reduce the potencial of the DOT and actualy make it lower then direct skill.DOT have higther potential only if it last is full duration.
