bootshine and true strike alone is a really hight dps increase.bootshine going from 130 to 150 might not seem hight but since its 100% crit....20 more potential is hudge.true strike 5% crit bonus was kind of garbage before.now its 190 potency(higthest we have so far).demolish also have a initial dmg now,its a extra 70 potency (from rear).put GL buff on top of all that and.....its a pretty hudge overall buff imo(way more then 7% lol).
