    We want items like Relics and Top-end gear to take time and effort...and SKILL to get. But still overall, obtainable by all over time. Meaning, sure it can be hard, and time consuming...but the only difference in when you get it should be how much time you devote to getting it...not rng...not 'what server you originally decided to make home' and also not be solely based on how many hours you can stand grinding for gil (within reason...sometimes the gil grind IS okay as part of the process). The reason these items should be difficult to obtain is because they are PROGRESSION and STORY based...but they also almost always have lower end/easier to obtain versions of themselves for people to use until they can 'earn' their prize.

    Currently you can go from nothing to Relic+1 In 3 weeks. Say what?

    Meanwhile, content that was meant for socalizing, goofing off and just showing off your FC's history...THAT content, you have a huge gil wall to surpass....just to get in the door...actually not even the door, you just bought the land, you still need to buy the door. Furthermore, if you don't use it enough to SE's liking...all that work is forfeit. If I go on a 1-month from vacation from game...I don't lose my Thyrus+1 or Allagan gears....

    Add to that, even though there's tiers to invest in (ie you could buy the small lot), the reality is, depending on your server that's either an easy or monumental task in and of itself. Make the big houses crazy-hard to get. But a modest FC home? Please...

    And none of this even comes close to addressing the fact that on the newer/lower-population 'New Player' servers the pricepoint for the MOST Expensive house is 62.5Million, which isn't even enough to by a the lowest end Mid-sized house on ANY Legacy Server....where people HAVE already been 'gil grinding' for a house for years.
    If SE really didn't think FC's should all have a house then:
    1. It shouldn't be something we can buy as a level 6 FC...we should need to be level 10+ and make it harder for FC's to even earn that level.
    or
    2. They should improve need for larger FC's via in-game content that requires group cooperation of more than 8 people at a time.

    But most importantly PUBLIC HOUSING shouldn't bankrupt individuals....INDIVIDUAL Housing should
