    If we try make the best of it?

    WE now know some of the adjustment done to classes.
    The good thing is that Melee will now bring very high Dps to the encounters. (atleast higher than before)

    Let that atleast be some good news (boost nice, nerf, not so fun)


    Whm / sch still best combo?
    I think they still will be the best combination toward endgame content as we know it!
    25% Lustrate, not sure that was needed tho.

    Drg
    A well deserved adjustments to jumps, and better aoe/single target damage.
    Some fights are unforgiving and can mess up rotation for melee. So i think this was a step in right direction.

    Mnk enter Titan EM and ask the bugger; Do u even lift?
    Jupp thats how storng u are, i cheer for u ^^

    Smn
    I think Smn did not deserve a adjustment in a negative way at all, they where fine atm, and better pet controll and UI should have been the only adjustment so far.
    During the conflags whit little time, Smn realy need to time the dots and spread them, i think this will show skilled players making the most out of the class from the rest.
    Also the pet helping on taking fireballs are good
    Is there anything im missing about Smn?

    There was a bug toward flare that god fixed. We all want "working as intended i asume"
    But still they will be the king of AOE? i hope so.

    Brd
    For those of u who supported the "nerf" to bards, was this what u where hoping for or was it a bit to much?
    I am then aiming for both a dps (boost dps) nerf and a utility nerf.
    I think Brd still will be good for progressing grp's, but once people get geard up, Brd "can" turn obselete. hope im wrong.

    Pld/War
    I realy love the fact to see more War's in coil grps, and the tank adjustment was verry good imo.
    From what i read on tank forums, they seems to agree.


    If we try to make the best of it, are we at a good place atm?
    Will there now be classes/jobs that are not wanted at all or have that changed in good way?


    Hope u can ignore my english skills, and talk about what all classes now can bring to endgame in a good way.
    Break down what every class can bring to the tabel.

    Smn: Needed a nerf, was too good. They should have tuned down DoT damage instead of remove a DoT, class is easier to play now.

    I'm not even mad, Bard got shafted and still can't wear allegen oh well. I'll continue to be a beast when needed and gear up my Summoner and Monk, then when vanity is released I want to play War. Way I look at it is I get to gear up in the cool CT gear and now that I'm done gearing Bard the i90 stuff can be used on my alts. Whm/Sch still king and now War/Pld will be more interesting and potentially superior, everything looks fine to me.

    About bard Rain of Death, pretty strange how they removed the debuff and gave it to WAR but for those groups without a WAR they pretty much have to suck it up and go without it now. It shouldn't change much for those groups that didn't rely on damage reductions to begin with.

    I play Brd in coil, and i think it was a good tank Balance to give war this buff (RoD), tho i have no Clue why they did replace it whit minus 10% evade to target. If there are not any changes we dont know about, i think most classes/players will aim for Hit cap in endgame. Rendering useless is one thing, but removing it from Our rotaion was a downer to fun factor for brd.
    I think its strange that after the adjustment, People will be even more confused what role brd has in this game.

    From what i see, Brd is nice to have during learning progress, after that and ppl are geard, its a Waste of time to bring a brd!?!

    @Trion. Yeh agree, removing a dot from a "dot class" just make it less of a challange. and i cant argue that over a long time Smn had a sick dps, but did this not compensate for the lack of Heavy burst damage, or was Smn'r burst damage oki?

    I feel the RoD change was made for PvP in someway. Its the same w/ MNK's One Ilm Punch which for months its only true foreseeable potential was for PvP, considering majority of the mobs in endgame content are(were ) immune to it.

    SMN is not a burst damage class, that is one of the advantages of BRD and BLM. SMN has decent burst damage via Aetherflow cooldowns, but it is inefficient. Burst damage on things such as T5 conflags was good, because you could DoT Twintania and instantly spread full duration DoTs to conflag as soon as it spawns, so burst damage there is good.
