Based on the size of what you get, I can only assume these plots were meant for those small cottage FCs with 2-8 very close friends, yet these prices are completely unreachable for them.

I agree. Im fine with the mansion being expensive, but fucking lol at the prices of the shitty small houses. You're friggin' insane if you think a small FC of friends on a legacy server could afford that even in 3 months (especially the non legacy players).
