Monk Solo T2 Interrupts

Hey all,

I was just curious about how many other monks have actually solo interrupted T2. I found it to be the most fun thing for me on any class besides solo healing Titan. Took 3 attempts to get the timing down.

I haven't really heard of anyone else doing it. Let me know if you have.

I tried it once and found it a lot of fun. The only thing I didn't like was that I was sometimes sitting around in Opo-opo on auto-attack just so that I wouldn't miss the next High Voltage. It's not common practice however, because there is little room for human error.

Congratulations though, you're one of the good Monks.

Thanks. And ya that's where the timing comes in. you definitely find your self standing still for a couple seconds waiting to be sure. Honestly think it would be nearly impossible to do it without stopping your rotation and waiting

I did it once, though we didn't down ADS during that attempt. Haven't tried it since, because my static doesn't have me on MNK (also with 2 PLD and a BRD we don't need it)

ya that's how we normally do it. My main is White Mage and I leveled an alt monk for fun and it has slowly become my main. We normally run SMN BLK BRD BRD

That strat is viable but a waste of time in my opinion. I realize this was semi sarcastic but just saying.

The big question is will se do something to shut down the enrage strat. It kills the tank to heals ratio going into t4 and also gives unskilled players an easy shot at loot. Neither of which are realities I'm too thrilled about.
In response to the op I hope this fight gets fixed and that we see more monks try to solo silence it.
